Each of the SPS meetings begins at 6:00 PM and ends at 8:00 PM

The breakdown of the meeting is this 

6:00  - 6: 30     Financial reports and conversation about the Ministry of the church 

6:30 - 7:15 Break out sessions into Leadership Teams: Mission, Worship, Property, 
                  Communication and Christian Ed.

7:15 - 8:00  Each team gives a summary of their time together, we add items to the calendar and 
                   end with New Business.
